I know we all want to know the easiest way to lose weight off your stomach. I think everybody has asked themselves this sometime or another in their life.
The good news is it isn’t really rocket science to lose weight off our stomachs. To lead a healthier lifestyle and feel better at the same time.
I will break this down in to categories to make it more straight forward.
1 HOW TO BURN FAT WITH EXERCISE
This is one where a lot of people fall flat before they even start. People automatically think right I am going to exercise as often as i can at a high intensity to burn the fat off as quick as possable. The problem with this approach is. One exercising at a high intensity you are burning carbohydrate and not fat. This in turn makes you crave food when you have finished and sometimes will actually make you put on weight as you binge the food after working out. So what you need to do is workout at a lower intensity. This will make sure you are burning the fat and not the carbs. This in turn will result in you feeling less hungry after working out and therefore aid your weight loss off your stomach.
2 LOSING THE WEIGHT WITH DIETING
The second and probably the most important factor for losing weight off your stomach is what you eat. Or how I like to put it what kind of fuel you are putting in to your body to make it run at its optimum. The easy way to explain this is you wouldn’t try to run your car on paraffin so why try to run your body on junk food. We won’t go too deep in to dieting in this post. The key points are to eat a varied healthy diet that is low on fat and high on carbs so that you still have the energy to feel energetic and exercise. Eat most of your food in take early in the day so your body has its longest amount of time to burn off the calories before you go to bed. Keep out of the fast food take away places as this is processed food of in my opinion low nutrition food that is not the fuel your body requires..
3 FLUID INTAKE
This is quite an easy one really keep off the high sugar drinks and replace them with drinking water regularly. This is a win win situation really because it will help cut out the sugar intake which alone will help you lose weight off your stomach. Also though drinking water will stop you de hydrating which a large percentage of the population suffer from an alarming amount of the time. It will also help you naturally detox making you feel healthier and more alive.
